1. Once you made online booking you will receive confirmaiton Email/SMS/Call from our side within 30 minutes
2. Once you made payment no refund on last minute, 50% refund upon prior cancellation in 6 hours.
3. Any issue related to cruise / Food / staff, you are requested to contact cruise manager / owner same time as we EZ Tourism DMCC is not responsible for the same.
4. Advance payment is mandatory for any package you select either online credit card/ bank deposit.
5. If Customer didn’t reach to cruise at the given boarding time due to any reason no refund will be applicable.
6. The cruise operator has the right to postpone the cruise due to bad weather / technical problems or force majeure.
7. Once booking confimed guest can’t cancel the booking at last minutes
8. Any damage/littering of the boat full responsibility of the guest to pay.
9. Cash payment in few cruises applicable upto 2 persons, above 2 persons payment should be in advance is mandatory as per company policy.
